Cheryl Hines Regrets Not Hearing from Former 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Costar Larry David

Cheryl Hines has not communicated with her former Curb Your Enthusiasm co-star Larry David for more than a year. The distance stems from her husband Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s strong connection with President Donald Trump, sources reveal, and Hines is reportedly upset about David disparaging her within Hollywoods liberal circles.

Cheryl misses Larry. Shes reached out several times, but he hasnt responded at all, a source disclosed.

The 60-year-old longtime Democrat has stood by RFK Jr. through his unsuccessful 2024 presidential campaign and his recent appointment as Secretary of Health and Human Services under Trump.

In a conversation on the Hot Mics with Billy Bush podcast, Hines mentioned that she and the 78-year-old David probably havent spoken since attending the season 12 finale event for their HBO Max series in 2024. She added, I love Larry, and I think Larry loves me. I think its just politics. It complicates communication.

According to the insider, Hines partially understands Davids reluctance since he is close with Democratic figure and former President Barack Obama. Still, the source emphasized, Its ultimately shallow for Larry to abandon a friendship over politics. What frustrates her most is seeing others follow his example.

The insider also noted that Hines continues to receive acting roles, but many former friends have distanced themselves, leaving her perceived as a controversial figure within liberal Hollywood. People view her as someone married to an eccentric, which is painfulespecially since Larry appears to have initiated this tension, the source said.

Hines married RFK Jr. in 2014 and has faced scrutiny over his contentious remarks on vaccines, COVID-19, and health matters. The source added, When the timing is right, she will speak out and confront Larry. She knows many of his secrets, so he should be cautious, because once she addresses this publicly, it wont be pretty.
