Meghan McCain Criticizes Tucker Carlson for Repeatedly Calling Her 'Fat' on His Podcast

Meghan McCain has publicly condemned Tucker Carlson after a guest on his show repeatedly targeted her with insulting remarks about her appearance. The incident occurred during an episode of The Tucker Carlson Show featuring right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos, where the discussion touched on homosexuality and closeted conservatives in politics.

During the conversation, Yiannopoulos made derogatory comments referencing McCain's late father, Senator John McCain, and attacked Meghan McCain personally, saying, "He even bred the fat best friend. Is there a more ostentatious f-g hag in America than Meghan McCain? She hates herself. She's fat. She's crazy. She's every gay man's dream."

While Yiannopoulos targeted McCain's weight, Carlson did not respond or intervene during the discussion. Following the broadcast, McCain, who is expecting her third child, addressed the situation on social media. She criticized Carlson for allowing such conversation on one of the world's largest podcasts, calling it an example of "meanness to women and hypocrisy."

McCain stated, "Yes, I am very fat, I'm almost 9 months pregnant with my third child. I am also very happy." She emphasized that despite Carlson's Christian identity claims, such behavior was far from Christian, and highlighted the broader issue of the rights strained relationship with women voters of her generation.

She added, "Don't feel bad for me, people have been calling me fat since I started in media at age 22. It is old, lazy, tired. I don't make my living off of ugliness like that and truly can't fathom what life is like for anyone who does. It must be very dark."
