Meghan McCain Criticizes Tucker Carlson’s Show for ‘Fat’ Comment

Meghan McCain has openly confronted recent negative remarks made about her on television, showing she will not remain silent in the face of insults. During a December 3 episode of The Tucker Carlson Show, guest Milo Yiannopoulos commented on McCain's appearance, calling her fat, which prompted a strong reaction from her.

Taking to social media, McCain responded directly to the remark, highlighting that she is aware of her current state, as she is almost nine months pregnant with her third child, and emphasized that she is very happy. She expressed disappointment that such a personal topic was discussed on a widely viewed program, criticizing the show for allowing the conversation to happen.

McCain wrote that she has been subjected to comments about her weight since beginning her media career at age 22, and she rejected the notion that such attacks are acceptable or entertaining. She stressed that she does not profit from disparaging others appearances and questioned what life must be like for those who do.

The public response to her post was largely supportive, with many praising her confidence and asserting that no one should face judgment based on their body.
