Special Christmas in Nashville: Where to watch and what to anticipate

On Wednesday, NBC will premiere Christmas in Nashville, a festive holiday music special recorded at Luke Combs' venue, Category 10, in the heart of Nashville. The event will be hosted by Trisha Yearwood and will feature performances by Ne-Yo and Trace Adkins.

The special airs on NBC at 10 p.m. EST and will be available for streaming the following day on Peacock. It will follow the Christmas in Rockefeller Center broadcast, which begins at 8 p.m. EST on NBC and Peacock. That preceding event will be hosted by Reba McEntire with performances from Marc Anthony, Halle Bailey, Michael Bubl, Kristin Chenoweth, Laufey, New Edition, Brad Paisley, Carly Pearce, Gwen Stefani, and the Radio City Rockettes.

Trisha Yearwood brings her signature charm to the Nashville special, following her Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony and the release of her 16th studio album earlier this year. Among the performers is Bill Murray & His Blood Brothers, who appear in a striking crimson velour blazer over a red and green shirt. Yearwood can be seen in promotional photos holding a microphone and wearing a black dress adorned with silver details.

Other artists taking the stage include Lauren Alaina, The War and Treaty, along with Ne-Yo and Trace Adkins, promising a mix of country, soul, and holiday cheer for viewers tuning in.
