Police are requesting help from the public in locating a convicted drug trafficker who has been missing for nearly five months after leaving prison on temporary release.
South Yorkshire Police reported that Thomas Keating, 46, was granted a temporary licence from HMP Hatfield, a category D facility near Doncaster, on 8 July, but did not return as required two days later.
Law enforcement officials have conducted extensive searches to track him down and have urged anyone who spots him not to approach but to immediately dial 999.
Keating, originally from Liverpool, was serving time for supplying Class A drugs. Police describe him as a white male of stocky build, with thinning hair and a scar on the top of his head. He is known to have ties to the Wavertree district and nearby neighborhoods.
Authorities are asking anyone with information regarding his location to come forward promptly.
